Rev. Dr. Marc Harrington

Associate Pastor

Marc Harrington is our Associate Pastor for Teaching, Discipleship & Congregational Care. He has served as Pastor at Midway PCA in Powder Springs, Georgia, since 2008. Previous to his time here at Midway, he was an Associate Pastor at Golden Isles Presbyterian Church on St. Simons Island on the Georgia coast from 2005 – 2007. From 2002 to 2005, Rev. Harrington served at Kirk O’ the Isles Presbyterian in Savannah, Georgia as an Assistant Pastor. His internship was in 2001 at Independent Presbyterian in Savannah, Georgia.

Pastor Harrington received his undergraduate degree in history (B.A., 1994) from Georgia Southern University. He studied at Reformed Theological Seminary, receiving his Master of Divinity degree in 1999. Pastor Harrington received his Doctor of Ministry degree from Westminster Theological Seminary in 2016. Marc and his wife Kate have two daughters and a son.

Rev. Chad bailey 

Associate Pastor

Chad Bailey is married to Rebecca, and they are parents of five children. He began serving as a pastor of Midway Presbyterian Church (PCA) in 2022. Previously, he served as Associate Pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church in Greenville, South Carolina (2016-2022), as Pastor at The Rock Presbyterian Church in Stockbridge, Georgia (2006-2016), and as Assistant Pastor of College Hill Presbyterian Church in Oxford, Mississippi (2004-2006).

Pastor Bailey’s undergraduate degree from Belhaven College (B.S., 1995-1999) was in Biblical studies and History. After completion of his undergraduate studies, Pastor Bailey enrolled at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi, graduating with his Master of Divinity in 2003. 

Rev. Cilas Menezes

Associate Pastor

Cilas has a law degree in Brazil and worked as a lawyer while assisting his father in a primary school. He was a ruling elder for three years before coming to the United States in 2018 to prepare for pastoral ministry at Greenville Presbyterian Theological Seminary (GPTS), where he received his Master of Divinity in May of 2022. Before coming to Midway, he served as a pastoral intern at Woodruff Road Presbyterian Church (WRPC) for almost three years.
